Tata Steel Joda Run-a-thon 2023 will be held on Sunday, November 26 at Central Playground. Event consists of 3 competitive races– 10 K and 7 K (Men & Women), 5 K (Boys and Girls) and one non-competitive 2 K (PWDs). Check your BIB Number

ENTRY RULES AND GUIDELINES
Note: Participation for Indian National only.
- Online and offline registration is now open.
- An applicant can apply for only one race.
- Duplicate application of same participant will be rejected.
- All participants must report outside the Central Playground, Joda.
- Elite runner please mention your previous best time of race category (Please attach performance certificate of previous best time).
- Athletes will be allotted different colour coding BIB numbers as per race category / distance.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- All confirmed participants are required to collect their goodie-bag containing T-Shirt, RFID, BIB Chip & refreshment coupon from VT Centre Ground, Joda between November 22 to 25, 2023 from 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm.
- Outstation participants can collect their goodie-bag on November 24 and 25, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from VT Centre Ground, Joda.
- Please present the following for collecting the goodie bag at Distribution Counter:-
a. Original payment receipt for non on-line registration.
b. Receipt / SMS / Email for on-line registration.
c. Birth certificate (Matric / Municipality / Notified Area / BDO) should be provided with the registration form. - First Aid and water facilities will be provided by the organiser.
- Refreshment to be collected from the Refreshment Counter at Central Playground, Joda on the day of the event.
- All finishers in 10 K (Men within 85 minutes & Women within 95 minutes) will be awarded medals.
RACE CATEGORIES AND FEES
- 10K Run category: 15 years and above (Participants born on or before 26/11/2008)- Rs. 100
- 7K Run category: 15 years and above (Participants born on or before 26/11/2008)- Rs. 100
- 5K Run category: 12 years to 16 years (Participants born between 26/11/2011 and 26/11/2007)- Rs. 50
HOW TO REACH JODA
- Road: Joda in Keonjhar district of Odisha is well connected by road. The town is 155 km from Jamshedpur and 225 km from Ranchi. One can also travel 285 km to reach Joda from Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Odisha.
- Rail: Joda is connected through rail. The town has a small railway station called Banspani (BSPX). The nearest railway stations from which one can board train to reach Joda are - Bhubaneswar (272 km), Howrah (400 km), Tata Nagar (150 km), Chakradharpur (85 km), Rourkela (245 km), Ranchi (240 km). There are few Passenger and Express trains available for Joda.
- Flight: Joda is not connected by air. The airports, connected to reach Joda are – Ranchi (225 km), Jamshedpur (155 km), Bhubaneswar (285 km).
