RACE ROUTE
The marathon follows a well-marked, scenic route through Jamshedpur’s iconic landmarks, starting and finishing at the JRD Tata Sports Complex. Designed for safety and performance, the route offers runners a smooth and energizing experience
EVENT INFO
The 10th edition of the Tata Steel Jamshedpur Half Marathon was held on November 30, 2025. With the theme “Dil Se Daud for Jamshedpur”, the event invited runners nationwide to participate across 21K, 10K, 5K, and 2K categories.
The 10th edition of the Tata Steel Jamshedpur Half-Marathon brought the city alive in unity, with over 3,800 runners participating in the event, including a vibrant turnout from women, youth, and first-timers!
Backed by partners across the Tata Group, we amplified our sustainability drive, cutting down on single-use materials and edging closer towards a near zero-waste event.
Together, we’re forging a healthier Jamshedpur, stride by stride.

ENTRY RULES AND GUIDELINES
Note: Participation for Indian National only.
- An applicant can apply for only one race.
- Duplicate application of same participant will be rejected.
- All participants must enter JRD Tata Sports Complex through Gate No. 5, 6, 7 (Straight Mile Road) only and report at TSAF Climbing Centre (Hold up area).
- Finishers to exit from Gate No. 8 and Gate No. 9.
- Elite Runners please mention your previous best time of race category (Please attach performance certificate of your previous best time).
- Participants will be allotted different color-coding BIB numbers as per race category / distance.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- All confirmed participants must collect their goodie-bag containing T-Shirt, RFID BIB Chip, Instructions Manual, Route Map & Refreshment Coupon from Sports Department, JRD Tata Sports Complex from 28th& 29thNovember 2025 from 09:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. and 02:30 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. Outstation participants can collect their goodie-bag on 29thNovember 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Note:Participants are not entitled to claim Goodie Bag beyond the distribution date / time as mentioned above.
- Please present the following for collecting the goodie bag at distribution counter: -

- Original payment receipt for offline registration.
- Receipt / SMS / Email for on-line registration. (Forwarded message will not be entertained)
- Birth Certificate (Matric / Municipality / Notified Area / BDO/ Aadhar Card (having DD/MM/YYYY)) should be provided on demand by the participants on the day of run.
- First Aid and Drinking Water will be provided by the organizer on the day of event.
- Refreshment to be collected from Archery Ground, JRD Tata Sports Complex after completing the race.
- All Finishers in Half Marathon (21.097Km) and (10 km) will be awarded medals.
- After verification of Final results prize money will be transferred to the Winner’s Bank Account.
- Maximum 5500 participants will be registered on “first come first serve basis”. Registration will be closed after reaching the figure of 5500 participants.

- 21.097Km Run category: 18 years and above (Participants born on or before 26/11/2007)- Rs. 1400
- 10Km Run category: 18 years and above (Participants born on or before 26/11/2007)- Rs. 1000
- 5Km Run category: 12 years and above (Participants born on or before 26/11/2013)- Rs. 600
- 2Km Run category: 6 years and above (Participants born on or before 26/11/2019)- Rs. 300
